Description

In a seated position, place your hands on either side of your head, shoulders and back straight. Breathing in deeply, raise your legs together until they are parallel to the ground. Hold the position 5-10 seconds. Then, return to the starting position by bending your legs and exhaling. Relax a few seconds and then repeat the exercise ten times.
