Description

In a seated position, cross one leg over the other. Roll your ankle in one direction as if you are tracing the shape of a circle with your big toe. Uncross your legs and recross with the opposite leg on top. Repeat with the opposite foot. During the exercise, keep your back straight and your abs tight. This movement helps strengthen the ankles and activate blood circulation in the legs
