Description

Stand in front of low pulley facing to one side. Attach cable cuff to your far ankle. Step out and away from the stack and grasp ballet bar. Stand on the near foot and allow the far leg to cross in front. Slowly and in one sweeping movement,lift the far leg away from the body (like a sideways kick). Exhale during exertion, and inhale on the way back to the starting position. Complete one set, then reverse your position for the other leg.
