Run while wearing a military issue flak vest - Interceptor Body Armor. Using a weighted vest while performing an exercise such as running outside, on a treadmill, or using an elliptical machine amplifies the intensity of the exercise and increases overall core strength. Performing the exercise like this will also increase the impact on your legs and joints so be cautious if you currently struggle with knee or leg joint issues.
