Day3 22/09/2011 =89.6kg
Day4= 23/09/2011 =89kg
Day5-8= 24/09/2011 =88.8kg (this weight fluctuated up and down over the next few days due to fried fish-ice cream etc)
Day9= 28/09/2011 =89.6kg
Day10 29/09/2011 =86.7kg
Day11 30/09/2011= 86.2
Day12 1/09/2011 = 86.4(ate cornflakes today)

Well I hate with a passion how fat I became, a few years ago I wouldn’t let myself exceed 55kg, hmmm shame at the moment, so Im trying to get the quick fix here, I take fatblaster tablets 3-4 times a day, I skip breakfast now, and sometimes eat something small every second day, mostly living on water, and black tea no sugar, earl gray tea.
I know this isn’t the best way to do it at all, but it seems to be working faster then when I switched to salads, so I’m after quick changes, cause I want to be back down in weight asap.
I am wondering thou, about any other diet pills that have worked for you?
I know this method slows my metabolism so I thought to change that I could also buy metabolism pills, that speed it back up, any ideas?

Yea, I am eating a few meals a day now I just do a mammoth jog later to burn the calories, this morning day 13, I weighed in at 85.9, but I don’t usually count my days weight till the end, cause you know eating, then exercise etc.
So well I guess I will see what the scales say tonight.

There are pros and cons, these is my fort night findings-

pros-weight loss, more energy, less appetite, not craving sugar

cons-tablets are gross, big, can always feel my heart beating at a accelerated rate and lack of sleep

Ok, so finding a healthy way to do this, this is what I am doing, weather its al right or not, I don’t know. They say you are not meant to loose more then a kg a week, however, I’m racing time to loose my weight. And finding a balance is hard.
I have daily goals, which most of the time I miss anyway…

Today day 14 weigh in was this morning I will re weigh tonight before bed, hoping that after work and exercise today’s weigh in goal is 84.4kg,
I am eating all my meals per day, most of them are healthy now, I have tuna a lot, cause it’s a type of fish.
I have it for breakfast, and dinner, and lunch is a meat type, not in oils, most of the time, with a light salad, if I put dressing on it, only a small amount cause it’s no good.
Most of my fluids are scented water and lime or water and lemon.
If I have a sugary drink I tip half in a water bottle and both halves are filled up with water.
I try not to buy these but hey, temptation gets the better of me.
At night I drink black tea no sugar, I find earl grey tastes ok.
I also learnt veggies are best done in the micro wave in a sealed container, cause apparently when you cook em in a pan on the stove the good stuff escapes, I do not know if this is true.

Also if I am eating at night time, I go for a jog first, my theory it to activate my metabolism, then after I eat about 20 minutes later, i go for another jog, I jog cause I am no good at running. I find I jog about 30-60 minutes a day, I am doing sit ups every couple of days, about 50 in one session.
To be honest, if I don’t loose over 500grams a day, I go jogging again, kinda until I at least hit my goal, or calculate by sun up I should hit my goal, I take my final result of the day pm before bed, I take the final number then, so it’s after all liquid, and food has been consumed.
so today’s weigh in number should be lower tonight but we will see.

Just wondering, along my weight loss journey how much is just water weight that I am loosing?
So far in 14 days lost 6.6kg, so is this all water or fat or what.
I am exercising by jogging and sit ups only.
And now eating 3 small portion meals a day, fish is in 2 of those portions (tuna)

These are my results, and I am after your help. I want more fat loss not water loss…

Yeah I am eating 3 meals a day now. And exercising loads more then i was before.
Day 15, today, I gained weight however today I have not exercised, at all.
I think cause I am so overweight, this start will be the easiest, in dropping numbers, then yea I think it will stall.

Maybe it is all water I wouldn’t know. That’s why the other day I posted a topic asking about water weight…. I don’t expect a lot of this lost weight to be fat at the moment anyway.
On biggest loser they loose way more then this in 7 day intervals, eating with a mother F’n huge work out.
I do eat 3 meals a day now and stop when I am full, for me, and obese people the start of weight loss is always easier I think …cause there is so much more to loose, a fit person working out for the same intervals, probably won’t loose as much but they will tone more.
My current goal is to work on my tummy, and thighs, so more sit ups I guess and also, more running, maybe some before work, I am not sure,
I am 163cm I am meant to weigh in at around 55kg not 91.5.
I have put some weight back on the last 2 days, however I didn’t exercise at all, so don’t blame it coming back.

Also about 3 weeks ago, I was eating a huge amount of junk food with almost no fruit or veg and had been doing this for a few years, I don’t know if you have seen the tv series, called Supersize vs super skinny, I have been watching it on you tube and decided then that my body image was catching up to the supersize, cause my diet was pretty much like theirs and if I didn’t change it now, when will I?
Sure, I am trying to loose the weight fast, however I learnt in the first week, that skipping most meals was a waste of time.
So for me now its been a huge diet change but I think it is much healthier, and I also think instead of high sugar drinks, and milk drinks alternating to black tea, and water, sometimes flavoured water, is a good idea for me.
It would have to cut down a lot of the sugar intake, bad sugars anyway.
Within the week on my diet change, I found I naturally am having more energy again and not relying on red bull and v drinks or coffee.
I don’t think my metabolism will shut down, cause I do eat 3 meals a day now, healthier ones, and also exercise more, so if anything it should speed up right….
I don’t know for sure, thou.
I am not saying this has been easy, being a female, I won’t join a gym right now cause of how fat I am so instead, I jog at night time around all the back streets at home, we do live on a hill, so almost every day my legs are sore from the jog the night before.

Hey Fazzamanda,

I appriciate all you have said.
I do understand where you are coming from.
I use the diet pills now more because they supress my appettite, and I am eating 3 meals a day, however, 3 weeks ago and for years I was over eating just cause I could, so for me learning to re portion my food and stop when I am really full, is important to me, I don’t intend to stay on them a lot longer, probs not after this box is done, cause now I found a healthier diet that is working, and after the first couple of weeks learning all this portion size stuff is good.
Thanks for your responses even when they are blunt haha.
I do appreciate it and at the start I think I needed that lol
now I think I am learning a balance, so we will see….
I don’t know if you have been over weight, and stood on the scales its not that good. So finding a balance sure has been the hardest thing for me..
