I honestly thought I was the only one. I tried padding the seat with a towel and even bought a sheep skin seat cover. I avoided the bike for months. I now only do ten minutes just to wind down after my complete workout. I ended up buying prep h and I am now fine.

I am doing a boot camp this month to loose holiday weight. I exercise 5 days a week, and in addition zumba two days a week and belly dance one day aweek

They are adding two more Zumba classes in my area and one is free. I can’t wait; this will really shake the pounds off.

I just started yoga I go for 1 hour and 15 minutes two days a week. What is a rep?

I will try this for two weeks. Because of a shoulder injury I can only do 5 pounds or less per hand. I will do fifty reps per 3 sets once a day.

You do mean 3.10 miles, right? Does it matter if on an elliptical, treadmil, cross trainer or track? My trainer has mean running one of the above every day for more than 3.1 (5K) 5 days a week.

Daily burn please keep up with new exercises. I do aqua tone which is different from aqua aroebics. I also do aqua jumping jacks which is different from regular jumping jacks, and i do chair yoga wich is different than regular yoga ..as seen on pbs.

running 5k 4 times a week, 3 zumba classes, one belly dance class and a ballroom/hustle class generates a ton of laundry.

Having your older children bringing in your favorite chips and cookies and knowing you can’t have them.

Being a midnight creeper (eating late at night).

Plus, having your battery die in the middle of your workout and having to listen to the gum poopers, loud talkers (on cells) is annoying.

I’m sorry to say this but, I laughed at my best friend; she stopped eating meat because someone said it makes your belly big. But, she didn’t educate herself, she stopped eating poultry because it’s “meat”. When we went out and the waiter asked if we wanted our portabellos sautead she said i don’t eat meat. p.s. her stomach is still big, eat a burger.
