@sawolf01: Thanks for noticing. We were having a few bugs with the grades that should be fixed now. On a technical note, we have a process that goes off in the background to make sure your days exercised in the past week is set properly, and it wasn’t always working. I think it is working now. (Remember, I can’t give medical advice) I had similar problems in the past. Stress can do this to you (startups are a lot of stress!). Also, my B-12 was low, which can cause you to be tired. You might look into going to a doctor just to make sure nothing is physically wrong. Topic: Fitness and Exercise / Exercising (I think) makes me feel sluggish |

Hello, You can change the body metric you want to track by clicking on the Show My… and then clicking the one that you are interested in. Then, if you click “Weigh In” you will be entering data for that specific body metric. Let me know if you have any other problems! Topic: Support/Help / Enter results? |

@Gimpy Granny: I don’t think the challenges will require flash. I can’t promise, but it isn’t in the game plan. Working on Challenges tonight, I can’t wait to release them. I really think it is going to be a fun way for people to get motivated to exercise! Topic: Feature Discussion / Where are the Accumulative Exercise Stats? |

@IUp: Our developers are all using Firefox 3 and haven’t come across these problems. I just tried those actions, and it worked without a hitch. Could it be that you have some plug-ins that are interfering? Topic: Support/Help / Incomaptible with Firefox 3? |

It seems to me like you will be doing quite enough cardio. I would look through the Gyminee routines to find one with a lot of body weight exercises. Like you said, pushups, pullups are good. I like body squats and lunges too. You might invest in some dumbells so you can do curls, shoulder press, etc. Topic: Fitness and Exercise / HELP needed on non-machine workout |

I like “The Twelve Week Plan” a lot. Unfortunately, it only has the first two quarters! There are quite a few beginner routines on this site, so I suggest browsing them and finding the best! Good luck getting starting. Topic: Fitness and Exercise / has anyone used myfreetrainer.com |

They are coming along nicely. I don’t want to promise a specific date, but we are working as fast as possible! We have had a lot of interest in them, not just on this site, but as we have discussed a lot with our other TechStars . We are also going to try and make it easy for you to invite and promote the challenges that you create, because we see Challenges as a great way to get more people interested in Gyminee! |

@lizanneh: We do our best to calculate calorie burn, but it is hard to be really accurate. We let you input the treadmill’s value, so I suggest that you do that when you have it. Topic: Support/Help / Calorie calc seems off |
