I make sure to have a perfect day every day but it all depends on what you define as perfect. Like theKing said above, everyone is different and has different goals. I plan out my macros before every day including weighing foods, timing ect… If you have your macro goals set and you hit them then you have had a perfect day. It’t a new Test Booster/Muscle Builder from USP Labs. They actually have very good products including Jack3d which is one of the top sellling pre-workouts on the market. Basically its from a root and bark found in asia that has been found to show good results for adding strength and stamina. GNC has it way over priced. It’s coming out next week and I will have it for sale for $58.00. Topic: Supplements / What is Pink Magic? |

The Huge sale is pretty good but you have to know where to find it. They are pretty much out of the good flavors though. Xtreme makes good protein and Dave has really good customer service as well Topic: Supplements / Probolic MHP 12-Hour |

Creatine is not effected by caffeine. In fact most of the top pre-workout drinks have both in them with high doses of caffeine. Topic: Supplements / Creatine and caffeine |

wherever you read that is ridiculous. Caffeine has no effects on creatine. 99% of preworkout drinks have caffeine doses equal to 3 cups of coffee with creatine in the mix. Read more directly about creatine specifically on a medical website or wikipedia and it will explain the breakdown of creatine. Topic: Supplements / Creatine and caffeine |

What is the timing of your meals? How far apart are they spread out? Your metabolism has problem slowed down due to the low amount of calories to try and preserve. You actually need to do quite the opposite. I suggest eating several small meals 5-6 per day and change your current macros quite a bit. Right now on the 4 days I looked at your fat % on your macros was as high as your protein and carbs. Its one thing to incorporate healthy fats in your diet but from what I saw your fats aren’t coming from the best sources. At your weight you should be taking in about 1700 calories to lose weight spread out between 5-6 meals. I also suggest macros of 40/40/20 or 45/35/20 Topic: Diet and Nutrition / Always under calorie goal but not hungry |

Jack3d only has minimal doses of creatine and beta alanine. For creatine you want about 5g per day and Beta Alanine 6-7g is the right amount. Sorry Mantin19 I forgot to send you the schedule of dosing. I will email you your diet plan and how to take the supps. thaKing is an old pro now Topic: Supplements / Supplement Schedule |

I am amazed as well when I see people shopping at GNC. Unless they are having a crazy sale or a product is expiring their prices are ridiculous. It also puzzles me that people still use ON protein… They haven’t changed their protein in 10 years and the flavor is bottle of the barrel compared to many companies out there. Its actually quite expensive for being 80% Whey Concentrate. I would strongly suggest MyoFusion like Mantin19 suggested or Xtreme Formulations Whey Peptide. Both are significantly better tasting with better profiles as well. |

Monohydrate does not require a loading phase and it buy far the most effective and researched of any creatine product. If you taking in more than 5-6g on workout days you are wasting your money as the rest is not processed. Topic: Supplements / creatine usage, advice needed |

It’s not really something that works by doing it yourself. Also using 3 points for body fat testing isn’t the most accurate way. |

I would not recommend what Dashiz said. First off you are trying to cut body fat and maintain that % (or at least I would assume that) what he is advising is what some bodybuilders do (mostly uninformed) to try and deplete before a show to get the dry look. Depleting sodium is a risky business and for the most part is a disaster waiting to happen. Your body is smarter than you think and a lot smarter than trying to trick it by reducing sodium. Water and sodium go hand in hand and when you reduce sodium yes you can eliminate water but you also pull water out of your muscle and your body will eventually catch up and start holding extra water to protect itself. This is why some bodybuilders do it right before a show. Its temporary and doesn’t reduce fat. Stay focused and keep your diet on track. Gradually reduce calories but be careful not to eliminate fats from your diet. You also may want to try carb cycling or other methods. Maybe even incorporate a refeed into your diet if you have been calorie deprived for a long time. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / Question about Caloric intake and Macro Needs. |

Whey is not Whey. That’s like saying beef is beef. Will most proteins you buy serve the purpose of supplementing your protein needs? Yes, but Whey Isolate is different than Concentrate which is different than Micellar Casein which is different than Calcium Caseinate. I suggest researching protein before assuming they are all the same. I don’t know about you but I want my whey from a US cGMP source rather than not knowing and saving a couple bucks.
