Hi all!! I’m Bea! Well this is gonna be mighty interesting!! I HATE squats – but I definitely need to get them done!! So – though I’m 115 behind StephanieD1 I think I’m gonna work extra hard to win!! :) (isn’t it crazy that one of the only ways that keep me motivated is a little friendly competition??) Have fun doing those squats!! And keep up the good work!!!

Hey all…okay I know, I know possibly a terrible question to ask – but seriously!! Obviously I’m a ‘roundie’ & yes god forbid I say it…a ‘fattie’ – and well I’ve been seriously thinking about giving ‘SPIN’ a ‘spin’. I’ve read some really great things about it – however…in all seriously can one be too big to spin?? I figure if I can ride a bike comfortably for 7-8 miles I can do it…but I don’t know the first thing about Spinning…help please….Thanks!!

Thanks to all of you!!! I think you all may just be right!!! I’ll have to keep you all posted on how my first spinning class goes….I’m determined – tomorrow morning, I’m there!!! Whoo Hoo!!! Bring on the blisters!!! HA HA HA HA!! Just kidding!!! Eeks!!!

Hey all! Well what can I say? Except I’m baaaack….. :P and well needless to say I am needing motivators!!! So far I’ve been doing pretty well – getting back into logging my foods – (except over the holiday weekend… oops) and well I just think having ‘outside’ support is ALWAYS helpful.

Just a little about me – way back when I balloned up to 495 lbs – and was diagnosed with a plethora of problems – from diabetes, high blood pressure to early renal failure. Of course it was the renal failure that landed me in the hospital – and thats when this journey started. That was in 2008.

Its 2011 and I’m bouncing back and forth between 342-350 lbs… Yes – 150 lbs lost is GREAT – but I still have so much more work to do… So thus I am here… needing more help than ever!

So please add me – and lets reach our goals together!! Thanks again!!
