You’re getting more than double the RDI of protein, I doubt you need protein shakes. Too much is not wise. You need to include more whole grains. Not all carbs are bad! Maybe try some nuts, almonds are great for snacking on. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / Help critique my diet |

Make sure you’re getting enough water! If you aren’t properly hydrated, it’s going to take longer for your muscles to rebuild. Topic: Fitness and Exercise / Why am I always sore after working out? |

This site recommends over 100g of protein, where as if you check nutritional guides you should be aiming for 50g. Not sure why they recommend so much, but it would be a good idea to look for more information on how much you should be having. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / Help critique my diet |

Yes, more protein does mean easier and faster weight loss, I just don’t see that as being healthy weight loss. That amount of protein takes a lot for your body to digest. I personally wouldn’t recommend it! Topic: Diet and Nutrition / Help critique my diet |
