@laurajones Hey there! Here’s some tips for you I’ve read from an article. You can try any of these: strengthening knee exercise or knee stretching exercise could help I hope. But it is more ideal that you have to consult with a physical therapist which exercises fits to you since you are already experiencing pains on your right knee. Just for assurance. Jogging would be very natural if you want to run. You had the control of fast in a moment and slow down after. My point is you’re not forced unlike treadmill, you have the control set and that’s it. You have to run as how the machine was being set. And it’s good to run in an open atmosphere. Topic: Fitness and Exercise / Does anyone else hate the treadmil? |
