If you’ve only been training for 3 weeks it could simply be your body hasn’t adapted to the routine yet. Some other things to consider would be.. what does your macro nutrient levels look like.. are you eating a low carb diet? Regarding your sleep.. Although you say you are sleeping 7-8 hours.. is the sleep you’re getting quality sleep.. could you be tossing and turning throughout the night possibly due to pain from training 6 days per week.. I’m assuming you are weight training on these days? If so, that seems like a lot for someone who only started 3 weeks ago.. I would suggest looking at your macro levels.. and dropping your training days down to 3 or 4 days.. Topic: Fitness and Exercise / Exercising (I think) makes me feel sluggish |
