I am starting it this Monday and have been reading the information. You can go to teambeachbody.com (P90X’s parent company) and get a free account with some limited access. They have workouts where you can print them off and record your information as you work out. If you want to sign up on their website, I have the same username “reztib” and I can be your coach. As far as the program there are three programs laid out. Classic, Lean and Doubles. Lean has more cardio, Classic is more on the strength training and Doubles is what athletes would and where you might have multiple workouts ever day (a lot of time needed for this). Here is a website with this laid out. http://www.p90xworkoutschedule.org Topic: Fitness and Exercise / p90x ? i need help |

I log in today and see that my pie chart has added a fourth category to my pie chart labeled “other”. I have never seen this before and my breakfast has been pretty consistent the last week and a half. Anyone have any idea what this could be. I am a free user so I can’t see anything beyond calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / New Daily Calorie Breakdown on Pie Chart |
