I am a 24 years old. A smart and healthy boy. Sometime before, I was very fat. I was very sad whenever I look at me. Then, I had take decision to go to my family doctor. I am very thankful to him. No pills or nothing. He told me just take a balanced food or balanced diet and do an exercise daily and really within 10 months I had realised that I am loosing my weight and I am looking fit. I will suggest you to avoid fast food. Fast food is very dangerous for health. It is easily available in Market at very cheap rate. Due to fast food the fat level of body increases. In weight loss plan the healthy and fat less food is recommended. You can also try some simple exercises at your own. Dividing your daily Meals in four parts will also help you. It seems that the machine is quite useful but it is not always right. Sometimes it is wrong. i think you should make the particular time or plan for the wight loss exercise. This is really very good that you are careful about your health. Losing weight with some target is the best way for weight loss. But some hard work must need to achieve target. 72 months are not a small period. selecting which bread to choose can be very hard and confusing. whole wheat without enriched (neutral) wheat flour which a lot of wheat breads have. overall though i would advise a multi grain bread. |
