Tips to reduce weight:-

doing exercise regularly,
eating fruits and vegetables,
use water mostly in a day about 8 to 10 glasses,
go on walk for 1 km,
neglect oily and fat foods,
take the proper sleep…

don’t eat before work out.
after work out, you must eat some things to maintain energy levels,
eat fruits and milk and also some vitamins foods items…
use energy drink, and fruits juices…
