hmm well all i can say is since ive cut down on diet pop and coffee , replacing these with juice and water and monitoring the amount of water i get i haven’t had a migraine now considering i used to get one every other day minimum even though i didn’t feel dehydrated i must have been doesn’t explain how i got enough water from food or other sources like most things each body is different mine seems to do well on the 8/10 + glasses a day more if i have had a good training session Topic: Diet and Nutrition / need to drink 8-10 glasses of water = MYTH |

Hello Just curious really as I have not been able to hit my DB food targets at all yet but mainly as I find it somewhat difficulty to pack away that much food in a day Cheers Nightfirez |

That’s what i was thinking sure some days i haven’t eaten much hence why i guess i got in to a mess in the first place wrong food choice and been stuck in perpetual starvation mode though im slowly upping that Ps just spotted some lush recipes on your website can’t wait to try out :) |

A decent protein powder generally isn’t a problem to mix on the hoof I use a blender bottle ( the one with the whisk ball in ) and just add cold water straight out the drinking fountain at the gym :) Topic: Diet and Nutrition / Mixing protein shakes ahead of time? |

Sure getting ink hurts i have enough done to know about it , but the basics have to come in to play here uve found your design my suggestions are print it off and pin it somewhere u can see it daily after all its going to be on you for a long time so ensure you are happy with it . search around find a good artist and go talk to them in person look at their past work see if its up to your standards not there’s ! talk through what you want in detail so they get a good idea of what you want and take reference material with you the more the better all my ink is totally custom done and 95% of it hand drawn on me by the artist no templates so i know its 100% custom 1 off :) going somewhere and seeing 3 people with the same flash is just a no no in my eyes but that’s only my opinion Ps don’t go for smaller, you loose detail ! and dont last as long (by that i mean look as good for long) |

I go twice a day most days depends how much I want to get done in the time I have available I break it up only problem is it’s not over all designed to build vast amounts of muscle as I wanted to shred my excess before going down that rout for maintenance though I am packing on some just not an overall lot though my strength is defiantly increasing week to week I generally in a day I try and watch my cal burn and keep it to around 500/800 heavy days 300 Light days Although using my Salter mi body scales over a week I add around 1%/1.5% muscle gain One thing to defiantly watch doing it is ensure you get adequate sleep levels and fuel appropriately i did read somewhere someone doing a similar thing and they were fueling Pre Cardio carbs. Post cardio Protein. Pre weights Protein + carbs. Post weights Protein. The main big negative to doing it is the amount of washing you build up lol Topic: Fitness and Exercise / 2 a days? |

for things like that i just use the slider depending on how much effort you had to put in to do the excercise 4 sets 20 pushups no weight but set to very easy 32 cal burnt sounds about right to me Topic: Fitness and Exercise / Weight to enter on weight baring exercises |

Same here though my HRM seems to be playing up of late 20 mins in to my cardio i was apparently still at 76 bpm Most times I just put the distance in and use the slide bar and take the cal count it gives me with a pinch of salt I know im in negative cals by what im eating alone so any work outs are just pure bonus :) as a rule of thumb ive noticed that DB over estimates by around 10% or more depending on the work out quickest way of doing it is to have a few differnt cardio routines setup or weights for that matter and just put in the distance / slider / cal count if you know it once everything is set it iteraly takes seconds to post unless you need to add or chainge things Topic: Fitness and Exercise / Weight to enter on weight baring exercises |

to be fair i use my scales every day as they give me a daily BMR which i have been following and getting some good results pics i generally just take one a week for comparison ok so maybe im obsessed but its working so im happy lol :) Topic: Diet and Nutrition / The Transformation |

ready for it probably not !!! tho i have watched the dvd’s and am at the moment incorperateing some of the bits in to my routine to start targeting certan groups i feel are lacking at the moment i was more interested as it seems to incorperate some yoga moves which i could use to become a little more flexable but as i dont finish my current training program for another 6 weeks was left curious about them lol Topic: Fitness and Exercise / Beachbody Insanity ? |
