I’m working on 88 pounds : (. I just started to get really serious again when I reached 2 pounds away from the biggest I have ever been. I lost 75 pounds before, but I went about it the wrong way last time and I won’t make that same mistake again. I did a fad diet, Atkins. But this time it’s different. I’m working on creating new healthy habits that I can keep for a lifetime. I decided, no more diets! It’s time to change my life for good not just a temporary fix, which is what a diet does, but a new way of looking at food and exercise. I just got married in June and now I’m just trying to loose weight for me, to feel better about my life my body and my health. Topic: Motivation and Support / Seeking GymBuddies w/75+ lbs to lose |

Yes, I tried but it doesn’t allow me to see the meals how they were broken up. Is there a way to print your food log so you can see what you ate at each meal? Topic: Diet and Nutrition / HELP Printing out Daily Nutrition Log |

I would really like the ability to add the time of the meal to the meal planner as well as be able to view the water intake and plan water in the meal planner |

Spread your total calories out throughout the day. I’ve started doing this and I’m almost never hungry anymore. I seem to always be satisfied or full feeling also you can drink more water and that will keep you feeling full also. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / control the hunger! |

I was also here ….. I just hit my highest weight again… almost 235 lbs and said that is it! I bought and ready a book, “The Body Fat Solution”. That truly changed the way I think about food. I plan my meals now and feel a lot better about myself. Drink more water too. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / I cannot control my eating of junk food |

I can’t stand cottage cheese texture either but I can eat it with sliced strawberries or pineapple chunks. But if i get to the last bite or two and there’s no fruit left it’s gross. As long as there is fruit with each bite I’m good. |

I was here. in 2004 I was at my smallest ever of 160 and then I had a fire in my apt and had to move back in with my parents and was under stress with school and stuff. I ballooned up my heaviest of 235. I have only managed to get back down to 190 since then and then back up to a high of 234. i decided this time around NO MORE DIETS! Before I always lost weight by doing different fad diets and they really don’t work for long term goals. I have decided to make lifestyle changes starting with my eating habits and with this I am now 223.4 lbs since feb 9th this year. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / Help.. I was under major stress this year and gained 50 lbs |
