Hi Jenni! I just started kettle bell workouts about a month ago and they are so different and fun! I mostly run right now, but on my cross training day I’m sticking with the KB workouts. I’m also looking for motivation so I’m going to add you :)
Oh my goodness I thought I was the only one! I have always had huge calves and one of my main motivations for losing weight was because I couldn’t fit into a pair of boots I received as a Christmas gift. Long story short, I lost 30 lbs, the boots still don’t fit and now neither do my bras/dresses/tanks/etc! It can be so frustrating sometimes, but I’m hoping running will at least help tone them up and make them look better. Hang in there, you’re not alone!!
