I have found it best not to depend on the scale. Go by how your cloths are feeling. Are those jeans that were a little snug fitting better? Is that shirt a bit more comfortable? That’s probably your best indicator. You said you’re working out, im guessing some weights and cardio? Chances you are building muscle. Muscle weights more than fat. I weigh myself once a week just as a guide line. |

Amen to that acconrad. A clean bulk is what you need. It can be tough but just eat more of the right food. This will also help reduce fat gain, even though that is inevitatble but can be somewhat controlled. Double up at breakfast and lunch to get those extra cals. Breakfast should be your biggest meal. Make sure you have a good PWO shake. Try a good night time/pre-bed snack (some cottage cheese and a PB sandwich). Take the time to input what you eat into Gyminee and you might have a better understanding. Topic: Supplements / Mass Gainers |

I kind of agree with jim. It wont kill you but everyone is different. Go and do what you can, just get your blood flowing. Even if you stay home and do some bodyweight work. |

It’s tough. I’m already a peanut butter addict and cook everything with olive oil. I eat nuts often. Well, I’ll see how it goes. Maybe eat some extra eggs for breakfast, some extra chicken during lunch. Topic: Diet and Nutrition / 4,000 Calorie diet |

definitly keep the whey. It is fast absorbing and best for pre and post workout but since you are going to bed after have some cottage cheese with it or purchase Casien protien powder (the same type of protien that is in Cottage cheese). It is absorbed slower than whey is best before bed. Topic: Supplements / Whey Late Workouts |
