How accurate is this calculator? http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-b… i am at 174lb right now, down 32 in about a year. Just trying to figure out where I am supposed to be. I am 5’6". |

they’re terribly inaccurate from what i’ve read. they say a healthy range for men 31-40 is 8-19% which is a pretty big range… |

idk what my bf% is, but it told me 19%. im 6’ and weigh 139… and im marathon training, so if its true, i believe it and if its way off, i believe that, too :) id love to get it tested, but never seem to get the opportunity |
