I have decided to follow the fundamentals of a clean eating diet. Specifically Tosca Reno’s plan in her book “The Eat Clean Diet”. I was wondering if anyone else was following something similar to this. |

Wow—that looks great! Geez, though, I couldn’t do that and still cheat at McDonald’s could I? :( |

I just bought the book Clean eating recharged and the cookbook. I have cook the last 2 nights dinner out of them and My husband likes it. I have not told him about the concept yet let him eat a few more meals and then I will break the news to him. I can at least get one good meal in him a day and maybe work up to two and so on. |

Love love love Tosca! I suggest you check out Clean Eating Magazine if you haven’t already. It’s a Robert Kennedy pub (Tosca’s husband) and a fanstastic source of recipes. |

I would like to start this. I have the book and will get some groceries tonight. Some of the recipes seem a little complicated though. I wonder about substitutions for things on the meal plan. Like what is clean and what isn’t? Are frozen vegetables okay? |

As a rule of thumb, when vegetables are in season I purchase locally grown options, fresh. However, frozen vegetables are basically fine. |
