Most of the fad diets promise quick remedies to weight loss problems. Unfortunately, there is a bigger chance to gain back the weight because you have not totally changed your lifestyle into healthier one.

I changed my lifestyle for a while on the body by Glamour program but I’ve slipped a bit. It’s frustrating because I felt so much better and I know it makes sense to eat healthy, more veggies and fruits, small portion sizes, but it’s hard not to go back to old bad eating habits.

most fad diets make you deplete varbs and so you lose water, tricking noobs into thinking its fat they lost…

just have a caloric deficit. its all htat matters
