Most of the fad diets promise quick remedies to weight loss problems. Unfortunately, there is a bigger chance to gain back the weight because you have not totally changed your lifestyle into healthier one. |

I changed my lifestyle for a while on the body by Glamour program but I’ve slipped a bit. It’s frustrating because I felt so much better and I know it makes sense to eat healthy, more veggies and fruits, small portion sizes, but it’s hard not to go back to old bad eating habits. |
