So in my diet here on dailyburn I’m not reaching my protein goals and i don’t wanna go over my fat limit. Any ideas on what kind of food i can take in that’s high in protein but low in fat? my main sources of protein are: Chicken breast, eggs and Greek yogurt.

Wow Marcb80 could you throw any more animal products into that mix.

Plenty of protein in plant-based foods as well:

Whole grains
Legumes (chickpeas / lentils etc)
Brown rice
Nuts (higher in fat though)

Since no one else has asked- what are you currently eating and what is your “fat goal?” -EK
