Food high in protein but low in fat????

Oct 12, 2011 6:09pm Hunter65hh 2 posts	So in my diet here on dailyburn I’m not reaching my protein goals and i don’t wanna go over my fat limit. Any ideas on what kind of food i can take in that’s high in protein but low in fat? my main sources of protein are: Chicken breast, eggs and Greek yogurt.

Oct 13, 2011 10:17am Mardolling 11 posts	Ive found that problem too but Im veggie so fish is out. I too eat cottage cheese and have Quorn sausages with brekkie and 2 Quorn fillets at dinner.

Oct 17, 2011 4:01pm marcb80 33 posts	Turkey Hot Dogs 96% lean ground beef 99% lean ground turkey yak sirloin beef cuts, trim the fat you can find low carb – high protein pasta’s fat free cheese protein powder (I like xtreme formulation, I bake it into things) Fat free milk + splenda + protein powder in chilled bowl = ice cream

Oct 18, 2011 6:57am Fenrir 100 posts	Wow Marcb80 could you throw any more animal products into that mix. Plenty of protein in plant-based foods as well: Tofu Tempeh Quinoa Beans Whole grains Legumes (chickpeas / lentils etc) Brown rice Nuts (higher in fat though)
