So in my diet here on dailyburn I’m not reaching my protein goals and i don’t wanna go over my fat limit. Any ideas on what kind of food i can take in that’s high in protein but low in fat? my main sources of protein are: Chicken breast, eggs and Greek yogurt.

Fat Free cottage cheese is a good one. White Fish or Shrimp

Ive found that problem too but Im veggie so fish is out. I too eat cottage cheese and have Quorn sausages with brekkie and 2 Quorn fillets at dinner.

Black Beans and Quinoa are good protein sources as well.
