Before, I used to weigh 180 lbs and I was a 5’7’’ male. I wanted to desperately lose weight, but it was a very hard task in need. The first two years of college, I drank so much that I developed a beer belly. However, a few months ago, I had the flu and barely ate for a week. I lost TEN lbs. After that, it felt so good to have that extra weight off me that I wanted more off. I began exercising every day and dieting. I do aerobic exercise daily for 45 minutes (usually jogging and cycling). After, I did intense circuit training for 30 minutes. Then at night, I did an hour of yoga with my girlfriend (and boy do you sweat!). Me and my gf began watching everything we ate. Low calorie everything! Salads, Water, tofu, tomato soup, oatmeal, etc. But don’t just fully deprive yourself of everything. Indulge once in awhile otherwise you will start binge eating junk food like crazy. I still love drinking on weekends with my buds, but I switched to low cal Voli Vodka which only has 48 cals! Check it out here. http://bit.ly/rVuwQF you can get it at the nearest Sam’s club. I am about 160 lbs now, but would like to be 150 and then gain more muscle mass. Seriously, all about diet and exercise. Can’t have one without the other

Has anyone tried Body2tone weight loss pills, I’ve had a look at their website and watched the video and the product looks great, I particularly like the way they have approached a weight loss system in that it is healthy and targets a few areas for weight loss, but would like some feedback from others to know if it really works before I buy?

I am a 24 years old. A smart and healthy boy. Sometime before, I was very fat. I was very sad whenever I look at me. Then, I had take decision to go to my family doctor. I am very thankful to him. No pills or nothing. He told me just take a balanced food or balanced diet and do an exercise daily and really within 10 months I had realised that I am loosing my weight and I am looking fit. Now also I have continue with my diet program and exercise. Now, I am really feeling great.

RHay, I agree that it is really important to find low-calories foods that are good for you. I absolutely agree that the ultimate diet is a balanced one. And I come to realize how important it is to have caloric awareness of what you put in your mouth ^^.

Learn How to Suppress Your Appetite and Lose Weight

Is your appetite in the way of your weight-loss goals? Now there’s a new, all-natural way to help reduce your appetite called Caralluma Actives. Caralluma Actives contains a revolutionary new ingredient that clinical research suggests helps suppress the appetite. Our guaranteed-potency extract of the Indian herb Caralluma fimbriata works naturally in the body to help reduce your appetite so it won’t undermine your weight-loss efforts. When used together with a reduced calorie diet and regular exercise, it may be just the thing you need to start shedding unwanted pounds!

History of Caralluma use:

Indian tribes chew chunks of Caralluma Fimbriata to suppress hunger when on a day’s hunt. This succulent is used amongst the labor classes in South India to suppress appetite and enhance endurance. Wealth of India, the Indian Health Ministry’s comprehensive compilation on medicinal plants, lists Caralluma Fimbriata as a vegetable and as a famine food. The key phytochemical constituents of the herb are Pregnane Glycosides, Flavone Glycosides, Megastigmane Glycosides, Bitter Principles, Saponins etc.

Clinical Studies

Caralluma has undergone two human double blind, randomized, placebo controlled human clinical trials. Caralluma safety has been reviewed by three toxicology studies done per exacting OECD guidelines and has achieved self-affirmed GRAS [Generally Recognized As Safe] status.
