so, i have been on a diet for not even 2 weeks now, and I have lost 15.5 lbs. I started May 6th at 262 and now today May 19th, I weight 247 lbs. Is this normal? I am not starving myself and I eat regularly throughout the day. I am just surprised at how fast I shed these pounds. I thought my scale might be wrong but then I got my mother to step on the scale and her weight was correct. So i believe this is too good to be true.

Weight comes off early in the beginning. Also depends how overweight you were etc.

I appreciate that you lose 15.5 lbs within 2 weeks but what ever the reason mentioned amount of weight lose in short period is not good at any view. Loosing weight is a hierarchy and we should follow this. Suddenly weight lose is harms your internal body part’s. So please do it in manner so that it doesn’t harm you.
