What are some foods that are high in calories? Preferably not desserts. |

Anything processed containing flour or sugar will have lots of calories… why do you want high-calorie foods anyway? Fat: 1 gram = 9 calories |

I want to gain a few pounds, but I keep losing weight. I don’t think it’d be good to gain it with desserts. So a good choice would be things like noodles, rolls, etc.? |

I suggest making sure it’s healthy calories. Also, do more strength training at the gym to gain muscle weight. |
