Hello all, I eat the same foods often, for example..protein shakes. My shakes contain protein, froxen berries, yogurt, pommegranate juice, water, and fiber. Is there a way to just copy a meal, rather than inputting the same ingredients over and over? Thanks |

It’s easiest to create recipes for the meals you eat often. I have a Sara’s protein shake, Sara’s salad, Sara’s hot cereal… works like a charm :) |
