If you have been a weight lifter and have quit due to some reason and do not want to damage the shape of your body which you have developed then for the avoidance from this,you must have to do 50 push ups and 25 chin ups on daily basis in a single day.

Hi micalhassi,
This is the least that you mention. But by doing so it will keep you fit and healthy. but after quit lot’s of problem occurs for weight lifters. Arthritis is the main one. So need to running keep yourself away from arthritis.
