include whole grains and veggies in your diet.
If you are eating right, you won’t need to buy special products just to get fiber.

Eat a fiber rich cereal like Fiber One or All Bran if you can’t stand low glycemic veggies. Otherwise some broccoli will do the trick. 2 grams of fiber per half cup of chopped broccoli, and only 27 calories, so you can eat a ton of it.

pumpkin is super high in fiber. I mix it with cottage cheese for my breakfast.

dianebl is spot on. Studies have shown, also, that we don’t get the same benefits from fiber supplements as we do from eating whole fruits, veggies, and whole grains. (Don’t peel off the skin, either!)

I get around 20-35 grams of fiber in my diet daily from just my veggies and oats. You don’t need fiber supplementation but if you must I would stick to pure pysllium seed husk fiber not the metamucil crap that has laxative in it as well as red color FDA # 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12, well you get the point it has junk in it we know nothing about (all processed). The pysllium seed husk fiber can be purchased at GNC for 12 bucks for 30 servings, get the orange flavored and chug it down like a shot of tequila and brace yourself for some tummy rumbling. Drink plenty of water!!!
