Just wondering what your favorite types of green tea are? I’ve been drinking mine hot. I drink Lipton, all flavor’s of green (it’s good when it cools to room temperature). Any tips, hints, and such you would like to share would be great! |

jasmine green tea is my favorite. Green tea is subject to burning if you use boiling water because it has not been fermented. i make a big cup and drink it all day. It is best to put about an inch of cold water in the bottom of your mug before putting in boiling water to avoid burning it. Also, don’t steep for too long or it will get bitter ;) |

I really like Kirkland green tea which is sold at Costco. It’s actually manufactured by Ito En—really tasty, a lot more flavor than Lipton. However, you are buying a LOT of tea bags at a time. |

I like the New Lipton Tea & Honey “TV Spot”:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z16-FFGtrmU I never really cared for tea, the only thing I would ever drink is instant ice tea, but I love this. The one I am drinking now is Decaf Iced Green Tea, Strawberry / Acai. But they are all great, haven’t found one I don’t like yet. |

I take Lipton as well, but has anyone tried Arizona Diet Ginseng Green Tea? I’m not sure how good it is but it sounds good :) |

I bought some that is decaf and has chamomile in it so I can drink it before bed to relax. I definitely feel the chamomile calming me down. It’s wonderful! |

The best green tea is Japanese matcha. It a powder green tea. Once the water reaches to boiling, set some water to the side. Let it cool to 175 degrees F. Then pour in the green tea, add a small teaspoon of honey. There is no bag, since it is a powder. It dissolves and gives this wonderful earthy taste. Depending on where you live, you have to go to a tea store, Asian grocery store or buy it online. If you live in the states, it is best to watch the movie “All that Tea” in netflix. It is a great documentary about green tea, tea process. Lots of delicious new teas to try as well! |
