I have never tried gym, although I practiced yoga and meditation, I am not regular in that too. I am a research student and need to work round the clock in the laboratory, sometimes on the computer sometimes whole day standing etc. I have neck pain problem which comes and goes. Doctors told me to start weight training to strengthen muscles. I need a workout plan to get in to shape and strengthen muscles. Please suggest. |

Lot’s of people suffering from the same. You only need to do is exercise at regular basis. Due to irregular body posture these problems arise and if we don’t treat immediate then result become more critical. Try to follow a routine and do exercise at least 45 min. daily. |
