Hello there
Started working out, trying to lift weights a few months ago, I see some noticeable improvements but my right side is not only stronger but looks actually bigger than my left. How do I rectify this?
For example I do bicep curls with 15kg on each arm, 5 reps, 4 sets. At the last set I struggle to do 5 reps on my left and my form goes, but not on my right. Should I just do 3 on my strong arm and try and do the 5 on my weak arm. Or something like that.
Also I’m sure my chest on the right is slightly bigger, does this mean I use it more when bench pressing, don’t think I do but not sure?!
