Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help on getting my mobility back after a DVT (blood clot).
I was rushed into hospital where they found a 3ft clot from my tummy button to my toes in my left leg and also clots in both my lungs. I had a filter put in and was stabilized in hospital. Once I could walk a flight of stairs I was sent home. It’s now been a month and I’ve had the all clear to start getting more mobile however none of my health care providers will give me anymore information on what I should be doing. So, I’m here to ask if anyone can give me some advice on getting up and about after being bed bound for 11 weeks.
I can walk for 1/4 assisted with crutches then I need a break so that’s what I’m starting with. Any ideas would be great, I’m only used to working out like Tony Horton! Thanks, Bobby
