Sorry if it has been already asked (and I guess it has been… but after 15min searching, couldn’t find anything), but is there any way to set exercises routines on custom workouts ?
I could create a new custom workout, set the right exercises in it (ie. stationnay bike) but how can I set the “time goal” ? Same question for the weight exercises, I could add the exercises in the list, but how can I set how many sets, how many reps, and with how much weight ?

here is a great pull ups program, it guides you to 30 pull ups in a row, tells you what to do day by day.

I’m not sure for the timed exercises, although I could imagine them working the same as the weight excercises.
For what the weight exercises concerns, the moment you submit your progress into a routine, it’ll remember your submitted progress.
So you can’t set up front e.g.
However, once you’ve actually submitted it once as such, the next time you open the routine you’ll be shown that rep, set and weight count.
In other words, just do the routine once and you should be settled.

That’s what I’ve been doing till now… but I just created a new workout and would like to set the routine and reps as “what I should do” … not what “I’ve done” … cause sometimes I do more, sometimes less (depends on the time I have).
I’m pretty sure it was possible to do it before. I’ve old custom workouts where I can see this information… but I can’t change it, and I can’t set it on new workouts that I create.
