The best workout for losing weight aside form a good diet is walking. Walk 3 days a week for like an hour eahc day. Also, drink lots of water. Heres some more tips if your interested, just basic everyday stuff you can do to help.

Although aerobic is useful for losing weight, there is increasing evidence that high intensity interval exercise is also beneficial. And, it doesn’t take too long. turn fat into muscle

@ved123 you are just 24 and but excessively overweight. I think you should start doing exercises as soon as possible along with having meals with minimum fats. Aerobics is a good exercise form but please practice it under someone experienced for a few months and then do it all by yourself so that you do not do any damage to your body.

The best way to lose weight is to do continous exercises that ‘burn’. You only start to gain while you feel the burn. The key is to not do an exercise and then stop once you feel the burn. Once you feel the burn, THEN your exercise has actually started.

Proper diet. I would suggest you research a LOW GI diet. It is very simple and does not rule out many foods.

Any form of exercising is always beneficial for the body. If you cannot do rigorous exercises or fast running exercises then walking is one of the most tried and tested ways of shedding those extra pounds off your body. Swimming is also good and exerts minimal pressure on the joints.

If one really wish to reduce your weight in natural manner, obviously doing exercise is a great idea.
