My weight story also started when i played basketball with my friends and they always laugh when they see me jump so low cause of my body which is so big….But im thankful cause basketball also helps me loss my weight…. |

When i was 16 then my weight is over 75 then my doctor advice me that if i want to lose my weight quickly then i would leave all junk foods and do any exercise. It is very difficult for me but it is very important for my health. Then i decide to leave all fast foods and i begin to do rope jumping. I think rope jumping is a good exercise for health because my doctor says that 20 minutes of rope jumping is equal to 1 mile running. And i had lost my 10 kg weight in last 3 month. Try it. |

I was on 143 lbs last three months then now, i’m on 138 lbs by walking and diet.. its hard but the effect really feels good. But 138lbs still not good for me.. I wish I can make my goal… |

Hey! I’ve been trying to lose some weight while remaining healthy and I’ve found that my routine is starting to produce some noticeable results. I find my workout schedule is pretty laid back and hopefully you guys can find some of my tips/routine to be useful: After reading all of this you might think: “This is way too much for me.” But, in reality, this is the easiest and fastest way to see results! I’ve been doing this for 2 months and I’ve lost 28 pds! My friends are definitely noticing the results and are in awe of my progress. My friends teased me a lot due to my fatness and this was quit embarrassing for my wife. She asked her friend and advised me to join a nearby gym. I worked hard doing workout 2 hours daily and lost some 25lbs of my weight. I can now consider myself as fit and thanks Alisa my wife very much. |

Years ago I was with overweight, after that I started starving and I reached the other limit – of an anorexic.. However, I overcame it with the help of a psychologist and after that I decided to study Psychology. Thank God, today I am healthy and slim and I enjoy life. I try to avoid junk foods, and I am keeping a balance between eating and exercising. |
