Curious because it came out with about a 200 calorie difference than the site I’m about to stop using (I didn’t think it was too accurate, which is why I found this one).

Also, my abs hurt so good. c:
AND – I’ve uploaded a progress photo. It’s embarrassing, yes..But I’ve come a long way. I’m not taking another progress picture till I am completely satisfied and that lower pooch (which is getting smaller, I promise) is gone.

No calorie burned calculator is very accurate. They are all, at best, a guess. There are so many variables – your metabolism, how much effort you put into it, your current level of fitness, etc.

If I’m given two numbers, I’d probably go with the lower one.
