What’s the best way to log a workout in which you alternate jogging and brisk walking? (Something along the lines of the couch-to-5k program.) It seems like if I log as just walking or just jogging, I will under- or over-count my calorie burn? Though if I have to do one, I guess it’s better to undercount excercise? |

Estimate your jogging and brisk walking times and log them seperately. It’s easier this way :) |

If you go to advanced options you can note whether this was an easy or harder activity. When I do intervals I’ll bump up the intensity but still use the time and distance to get a base. And yes, I think it is better to under count than over count your exercise. |
