I was wondering if someone would be able to help. I am have been working out with Kettlebells for the past few months and I love it, my strength and cardio has improved so much.
I am however looking for a programme that will really push me. Would anyone have any suggestions? I currently use 2 × 10kg bells (and have a 6kg too which acts as more of a door stop).
