Okay so i’m looking at starting the P90X program and i’m looking at chin up bars. Iron gym has just a regular one for 29.99 but it’s not exactly like the P90X recommended one, Iron Gym does sell one nearly identical to the P90X one for 39.99 would the standard one work, or do I need the better one? |

I just use a standard chin up bar and it works for me :-) It all depends on the type of doors and the strength of the frames. |

When I did P90X full time I actually purchased the Body Elastics resistance bands (The Terell Owens Model) and followed the guy, I cant remember his name, that used resistance bands for the back exercises. They worked extremely well !!! I will say I hate chin ups to begin with |
