Last night I was too busy to hit the gym, so I made up this quick workout to do in the living room – no equipment required.
I did two sets because I was tired, but I would suggest doing three sets.
1) Push up Plank – Complete a push up and lift one arm straight up until your fingers point to the sky as you twist toward your lift arm. Your body will look like a sideaways “t”. Return hand to resting, do another pushup, and repeat with the opposite side.
2) Inverted Alternating Crunch – get in plank position and bring one knee forward to the opposite elbow (or as close as you can get. Return to plank position and do this with the alternative leg / elbow.
3) Leg Pull-in (find in DB database)
4) Bench Dips (find in DB database)
5) Lunge with Rotation (find in DB database)
6) Lunges (find in DB database)
