Instead of having supplements it is best to go for regular exercising to lose body fat along with shedding excess weight because exercising does not have any side effects to your body and makes it fit. Moreover, it lets you feel energetic all day long when combined with a proper balanced diet.

The BEST way to lose money and gain muscle without taking supplements is to eat right and exercise. Easy to say, but I can provide you with the 3 key steps you need to make this happen like it did for me. I weight 175lbs with 5% body fat.

Eat Right- Google a LOW GI DIET. Eating LOW GI foods such as wheat bread will not raise your blood sugar levels. This is the KEY. Take at least a 3 hours break between meals. During this time, since your blood sugar is not raised your body will naturally burn fats and have a good metabolism.

Protein- All your meals should be low in fat and high in protein. Try to eat at least 20g of protein a meal. Accompany carbs with all protein meals. This will balance out your blood sugar level and keep your body buring the fat and producing muscle.

Exercise- Keep fit by working out correctly. Yoga is a great way to do this. You will get stretched out and work out your core. Get in some cardio and you will be losing weight in no time. For more information on yoga check out the link to my blog and thorough writeup.
