Hi everyone, I am looking for suggestions on what areas I should focus on. My goal is to have a summer ready body. I have been training for a little over a year and as we all know the summer is almost here (New York). I only have 4-5 weeks left to work really hard and hit the areas that i need help with. What areas do you think I should focus on? I currently look like this:
Thanks, yeah I figured I needed to lose some body fat. I guess I will try to lean out a little with out losing too much weight. I have a problem where I lose to much weight too fast so I need to be very careful with cardio and nutrition
