Trikking, Hula hooping, Jumping Jacks another thing that would be nice is to take a previous workout and make it a custom work out. For example like a shoulder day that I recorded. |

Kettle Bells!! PowerPlate/Vibrogym!!! Jump Rope Thigh Abductor – you only have pushing out not pushing in Aerobics workout Circus/Gymnastics skills like Static Trapeze which require holding your body weight by one leg, one arm, etc – lots of strength Stretching – partner stretching which pushes you further |

I think it’s great you’re going to update the database, it needs it badly. However, there’s always going to be a few exercises that just don’t make the list. Is there any chance we’ll be able to add our own exercises, similar to the way we do for different foods, in the future? Even if its local only to our account, it would be great to not have to recreate a custom exercise, when creating a new workout routine. |

You can add your own exercises to the DB – just local (I think) as I have added a few to my routine. I would love to be able to track/include various house chores – such as mowing the lawn (push mower), racking leaves..etc And, I haven’t checked yet, are the swimming type exercises listed? tks |

It’s not technically new exercises, but I’d love a way to more easily specify intervals in a workout (preferably with warm-up & cool-down periods) |

Jumping Jacks I also like the break down of warm up, work out and cool down on running, treadmill, crosstrainer, etc. And interval training. Another exercise that I don’t know the technical name for is boxing or punching with weights |

For me, I don’t want to have to sit and try to remember everything we did in a group fitness class. I’d like other options besides step aerobics. Some of the popular ones that I’ve seen offered at most gyms are Zumba, Turbokick, Bootcamp, Bosu Sculpt, Bodypump, Kettlebells, Cardio Pilates, Power Yoga, etc. I do group classes a lot and find it really hard to record them here. |
