I’m a little bit bursting at the seams right now. So I’d like to try a low carb diet that would help me with weight loss. But I need a good exercise routine to keep me from gaining weight. Is there a safe exercise for this? Does it have an exercise video? Where can I get these exercise videos? |

I like to do metabolic training because you do each move (usually a group of 4 or so exercises) for about 30-45 sec before moving on to the next one. It’s basically circuit training but it works your whole body, combining cardio and weights and torches calories. I search youtube for them. I usually do each group of exercises 5 times but I have been working out for a long time. |

Collage Video is a good source. Plug the name into a search engine and you’ll find their website. They allow you to preview the videos, give info on the instructors, and break out the times and intensities. |

There is a cool user supported website called http://www.Videofitness.com It doesn’t compete with this site. There are swaps, exchanges even freebies. Great reviews so you don’t get stuck with a lemon. Dave |

do you have digital cable? If you do, there is exercise tv on demand. There is tones of videos there- no charge. You can also go on their web-site and view videos, and workout routines. Otherwise you can go to a retail store like Target or Walmart, and find videos for $9… but you never know what you are going to get.. I have bad luck when I do that… Check out Exercise TV |

YOUTUBE.COM :) I love the “pop pilates” series (just type “pop pilates” into the search bar at the top). I do a video when I need a quick, satisfying workout. I usually wind up sore the next day because I dont normally do that much core/leg work- and hey they’re only ten minutes long!Free, easy to search, and endless possiblities…. Plus- you’ll probably come across something gut bustingly hillarious by mistakes. Hey, laughter not only burns calories, but it’s good for the soul :) |

If you’re the type who surfs the Internet, chances are you could easily find exercise videos that way. One that I came through while I was browsing was Workouts on Demand http:\\www.workoutsondemand.com. You can try and see if this solution works for you. And good luck on finding the right stuff that suits you. |

I also use and love the “pop pilates” that can be found at youtube. I had a back injury many years ago and had problem to find safe ways to work out without putting damaging pressure to my injury. The pilates I found is really good training and strenghten the muscles (I even didnt know I had :)) I use 2x 10 min. and choose different video workouts each time to get trained different muscles than last time I trained. |

My wife found several available through Netflix, both instant watch and disc form. If you already have an account, it wouldn’t cost anything extra to try a title to see if you like it. |
