Can anyone please help me find a regular yoga routine I can practice everyday to tone my muscle the only one I can find doesn´t go into much detail. Thanks. |

Check out this website. This clip is a video of the sun-salution sequence (there is a Navy ad at the beginning that you have to watch first). At the side of the page they give video demos of different poses. |

Hi! http://www.yogajournal.com/ also has a lot of good ideas. In a few of their recent issues they have had workout that you can do every day e.g. in the mornings. |

I recently found this site: www.yogadownload.com and they have 20 minute workouts for free. I haven’t tried them so can’t comment on the quality. |

You should try http://www.yogatic.com/ This lady is awesome! She is so helpful and explains everything properly and she has a ton of free yoga videos you could do every day. I just started doing yoga and it feels great. I hope you like it. |

Just bend your body completely in half and have a friend stick you in a box for several hours. Make sure the box is very small. Nothing else will tone your body like that does. Also, as a bonus, it’s pensive and in less than a week you’ll totally be able to touch your tongue to your… knees. |

I like pretzels. On a serious note, what are “toned muscles?” I’ve never heard a muscle in my life. Jason, I think you’re funny as hell! |

Thanks dukes. To answer your question, there are plenty of body parts that make sweet beautiful music. The lips/mouth is one. I’m sure you can think of some more. ;) |

If you have a Netflix account there are several instant watch yoga videos you could try. |

If you’re serious about it, there’s no replacement for a class with a trained instructor. I found out the hard way that what I was doing was pretty far from what I thought I was doing. It’s really difficult to know whether your own form is correct. |

I use http://www.gaiamyogaclub.com/ for $5 a month. I love the instructors and you can download the workouts to your ipod and do them anywhere. |

I gotta agree that there just isn’t a substitute for a good yoga instructor, particularly as you are just starting out. It’s easy to do things the wrong way at first and end up getting injured. Most yoga studios offer drop-in classes for about $20 per class and then memberships with a certain number of classes included. After you learn the basic poses and feel confident in your form, then there are lots of good videos to choose from for home practice. The problem with jumping straight to videos is that there is no way for the instructor to shout through the TV that you are doing something wrong and might hurt yourself! |

I to Namaste Yoga every day on FitTV, not the most advanced practice in the world, but a good inexpensive place to start if you already have Fit TV. |

Check out yogaglo.com it has a subscription of $18/mon but they let you try it free for 2 weeks :) I love Kathryn Budig’s class. They have levels from 1-4 so it is suited for beginners to advanced. Namaste |
