I am experiencing very slow response times from the Daily Burn web site. Are you experiencing capacity problems? |

For me it’s quick, sure it’s not just you? |

Nope had the same yesterday. When all you guys in the States are a sleep performance is much better :) |

Hey everyone – we did have a major problem yesterday with speed on the site. Something was up with the servers. Everything should be running better today though. |

Very timely forum as I am trying to lose weight before the holidays so that I can look my best when I visit my relatives. These tips are sure to come in handy |

I came on here to post and say that this is the exact reason I’ll be canceling my pro membership. I used DB for a few months about a year ago and 1 month ago I came back and it’s been horribly slow. It’s good about 50% of the time. But the other 45% of the time (like right now) everything takes FOREVER. And the last 5% it just flat out times out. This can’t be something temporary or a glitch, it’s been going on for the entire month that I’ve been back on DB. Entering what you ate and what exercises you did needs to be very quick and easy or else it’s too simple to just not do it. I love DB and it really helps me, but the monthly fee I’m paying for pro is just a waste. In case you need some type of proof… here’s a pingdom report that times out because DB is taking way too long. |

Hi ghentrunner – we are actually working toward changing over our servers in a week or two from our current service to a new service. We know that this is a major problem, and we are looking forward to the change. |

Hi, any news on the server issues? To be honest I am getting kind of fed up with the slowness issues. Tracking everything you eat and every exercise is already a pain without DB timing out on you or taking ages just to input each thing. I can’t input my stuff tonight (taking too long) so tomorrow I will have 2 days worth of stuff to input. If this keeps happening I will be cancelling my membership and going somewhere else. This isn’t good enough for a site that you pay for. |

So the servers were taken down the evening of Oct. 29th. I am still noticing problems with response time. Was the down time of the 29th related to routine system maintenance, a partial upgrade, or something else? Am I getting too impatient? |
