Hi Kate, I’ve been keeping a video-blog on my youtube channel DavidDailyBurn for the last 3 months or so (pretty much since joining DB) where I’ve been recording my successes, failures and thoughts. I don’t know how much use it is for other people, but it’s been a great way for me to record my progress. I highly recommend starting a Vlog to any other DB users! |

I’ve got a food blog, where I post the recipes (nurtritional info for most are logged in DB as well). It’s not specific to fitness or health, but I focus on gluten-free whole foods based cooking. |

Thanks for asking! I do have a blog were I try to share the knowledge I have about health and fitness with the occasional opinion or personal story thrown in. I just started a video blog last week. I would love to have everyone’s feedback. |

I also try to publish articles that will help people (mostly women or moms, but men read my site as well) achieve their goals. I have been taking a picture of everything I eat. Started in September 2009. I was able to determine what foods I frequent and attempt to work them out of my diet. Other times it is just foodporn for the visitors. I take pride in the photography and web development that I produced myself. Hope you like: |
