I walk 2 miles every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
I target tone for 40 minutes every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

What would be best for me to put in activity level?

I Ran 100 Miles! I Walked 100 Miles! I Did 1,000 Pushups! I Lost 5 Lbs! Conqueror I Burned 50K Calories! Queen of upper body fitness! Elliptiqueen I Burned 25K Calories! Conqueror I Biked 100 Miles! Got Fit W/Adrianna!!! I Burned 5,000 Calories!

I’m not sure what “target tone” means. Also, do you sit the rest of the day or do you have a job where you are on your feet? That makes a difference too.

Basically just simple average/easy work outs, after that nothing strenuous, no job, just work around the house.

Since you’ll be logging your workouts and 2 mile walks into DailyBurn, you don’t want to base your activity level off of these. Your activity level should be based off activities that you won’t typically be logging into DailyBurn, such as your job, house work, etc.

Alright thank you, does anyone happen to know how they come up with the figures on here, such as the ‘estimate’ for information you put in for exercise?
