Welcome! You should probably set your goals first, that will help you decide on your workout plans (for example, my goal was weight loss, and I wanted to achieve this by running, so I started the Couch to 5k plan). I would also say join a challenge (or start your own) and find some Groups that have similar goals. Most importantly… Have Fun! |

I am new tooooooo!! Glad i found a website like this, here in Hong Kong, most gals don’t like exercise but prefer to take pills or beauty shop for some instant but non-healthy weight lose method. So going to gym is really lonely and am unable to find a partner. Anyway, let’s focus on the target then. |
